FAQs

Who runs Blast BMX?
That would be me, Andy Johnson, just your average guy still stoked on BMX after 30+ years of riding addiction. You can read more on the About Us page.

What kinds of shirts do you print on?
I’m super picky about the kinds of shirts we use. You can bet they’ve been battle-tested and pass the following criteria: 1.) They must be extremely soft, comfortable, and breathable; 2.) They must hold their shape after going through the wash multiple times; and 3.) They must have a predictable fit. For example, I’m 6'2" with a long torso. There’s nothing worse than buying a Large size t-shirt and discovering it’s so short my donuts are exposed every time I lift an arm. Blast shirts aren’t like that. Just long enough, not too tight, not too loose. Most of our shirts are a high quality poly-cotton blend. This keeps them soft and breathable without losing their shape over time. Overall the shirts might cost a bit more, but should last a few extra sessions and feel dynamite while you’re going fast and pulling up!

When will I get my order?
[Note: Due to COVID-19 orders could be slightly delayed. Thanks for your patience!] Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA is 3-4 business days; Europe is 6-8 business days; Australia is 2-14 business days; Japan is 4-8 business days; International is 10-20 business days.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do you handle returns and refunds?
I don’t have an official policy. It’s just one guy running this operation. If you have a problem get in touch and we’ll figure it out together. Thanks!
